BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By making a reservation at Ten Restaurant you agree to our reservation & cancellation terms.

Unfortunately, due to an increased trend of "No Shows", that have a strong impact, we have had to implement the following policy.

Most reservations require credit or debit card details to secure your booking. Please be aware we cannot hold a table over 4 people without this information and no charge is made to the card. We do not hold any card information or have access to them. The card information is held by a company called Stripe Payment UK Limited, regulated by the FCA.

European regulatory requirement known as Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) has introduced two-factor authentication requirements for many online payments in the United Kingdom. This means that any time a diner needs to provide their credit card details to a 3rd party (e.g. a restaurant), there will be additional authorization steps that the customer needs to go through.

Card charges will only be made to your card in the event of no-show and cancellations within the last 48 hours of the seating time.

If there are any cancellations or amendments outside of these timescales Ten Restaurant Ltd reserves the right to implement a cancellation fee charge of £20.00 per person.

Please note all cancellations must be made via email only, quoting your booking reference code, or replying to your booking confirmation email.

We would also respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Where this is not the case, the time that you are seated will depend entirely on availability.

Please note that tables are given limited seated times depending on the party sizes and we kindly requested the table back by the time stated on the email confirmation. Should you require your table for longer, you can contact the restaurant directly who will do their best to accommodate your request.

We know that your plans can change, should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, you can do so by ringing 01895 676067 or by replying to the reservation confirmation email. 

We require at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice for tables up to 20 people.

For parties of 20 or more, we require at least 1 weeks’ cancellation notice. Anything after 1 weeks’ notice you will be charged a full deposit.

Bottomless Brunch

Bottomless Brunch offers you unlimited drinks for 90 minutes from the time of your reservation. You can only have one drink per person at any one time. You can swap drink preferences between drinks based on the package that you have chosen (i.e. change from Prosecco to Aperol Spritz. If you go for the upgrade package, you can swap any of the drinks on offer)

We have three types of brunches

  1. Bottomless Brunch £39.00 that includes two-course meal as well as unlimited Prosecco, Pink Gin Sprits or Aperol Sprits

  2. Premium Brunch £49.00 that includes the above offers as well as unlimited Porn Star Martini and Espresso Martini.

  3. Soft Brunch £30 includes a two-course meal as well as unlimited soft drinks.

If one person from the party would like to upgrade to the Premium package, then the whole party must upgrade as well, unless you are having alcohol Soft Brunch. 

Ten Restaurant runs a Challenge 21 policy, whereby anyone buying alcohol who appears to be under the age of 21 will be asked for an ID. Failure to provide a valid photo ID will result in the refusal to purchase alcohol for that individual.

Prices & Fees

Ten Restaurant reserves the right to increase the prices at any time.

Offers & Promotions

All our offers are subject to the inhouse discretions and might be excluded from Festive Celebration Days (including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easters, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Bank Holidays, and any other Festive days)

Competition and Giveaways may not apply on weekends days or Festive Celebration Days.
